What is your return / exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the customized products that we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Visit our refund policy page for more information.

I placed my order, how long does it take to get shipped out?

All orders will be dispatched within 7 – 10 business days from the day you order. Thereafter courier will take 24 – 72 hours to deliver your package.

I would like to order a custom product that does not exist on your website, is this possible?

Do you offer free pick up?

Yes, we offer free pick up in Overport, Durban. Option will be available at checkout. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. One of our members will reach out with a pick up date and time.
